- A confirmation email from "HDonline" for the ORDER placed on the website confirms the order for the Quantity and Rate the order is placed.
- Schemes & Offers are the sole authority of "HDonline" and can be altered, cancelled or withdrawn without prior notice.
- Orders placed online can be altered or deleted before they are shipped. In case any order is cancelled after it being shipped , delivery charges /cancellation charges shall be charged to the tune of Rs. 250/- per order cancelled
- Complaints regarding any of the products in the Delivery invoice shall be entertained strictly within 48 hours after the delivery of goods.
- An Order is confirmed only after "HDonline" receives the full Invoice amount .
- "HDonline" deals in agri-commodities which are procured in bulk and later packed in retail packs to facilitate further distribution. The package in no way explicitly guarantees to improve the shelf life or retain the characteristic features of the product therein. The only aim of the pack is to deliver the product in the desired quantity hence it is advisable to transfer the goods in an air tight container as early as possible.
